    The article talks about being fit for purpose; doing what moves you closer to what you want to do or being ready to take on what comes up. Whether the goal and level you want to be at is physical, mental or spiritual, how do you in this day and age go about achieving that?…if consistency is the key, what do people do to keep at it?



    I would say consistency is the key along with variety. Questioning or regularly analysing what you do and what your goals are prevents dysfunctionality. If your major ‘purpose’ is driving what you do then motivation and therefore consistency won’t be an issue.
