Been challenged to equal 2 friends pressup reps each day…but only just started today so on catchup. They are averaging about 150 each day in total and I’m 850 behind. Challenges lasts for a month and I’ve the whole month to equal their reps. Get up to speed or spread them out?
Great challenge. These ‘homemade’ challenges are best when kept as simple as possible! Maybe avoid getting up to speed too quickly at the expense of overtraining and causing injury. Possibly target getting back on track at the midway point though, as creates an extra incentive and challenge in itself! Also no-one likes being in deficit….
